What we collect

- Order details (items sent, notes, loyalty card information)
- Invoicing and payment records (via Xero)
- Correspondence (email and WhatsApp)
We do not collect special-category data (e.g. health information) and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use this information to:
- Take and fulfil orders, invoice you and arrange return delivery
- Operate the 9 Lives Loyalty Club
- Answer enquiries and provide customer service
- Meet tax, accounting and legal obligations
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and legitimate interests (running a B2B service and keeping necessary business records). Where we have a legal obligation (for example keeping invoices), we rely on that instead.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the service, for example:
- Xero (invoicing and payments)
- An Post or other carriers (return delivery)
- Email / WhatsApp providers used to communicate with you
- Our professional advisers (accountant, solicitor) where required
We do not sell or share your details with other companies for their marketing. We may contact veterinary clinics and professional groomers about Resharp’s own services (for example by post). You can opt out at any time by emailing sales@resharp.ie or writing to us.
How long we keep it
We keep order, invoice and accounting records for as long as Irish tax and company law requires (generally up to 6 years). Correspondence and loyalty records are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service and resolve any queries, then deleted or archived.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion (where applicable), restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
